Sometimes, without obvious reason, code lines have twice as much whitespace after them before the next line.

This is to try and ensure that the code aligns with the traces as well as possible - code is pushed down the page to bring it inline with any related traces.

We used to have this as a configurable setting, but removed that to try and keep things simpler. We can look at bringing this setting back, or at providing a bit more explanation on what's going on (and why)?
